Michael Roth

Recently, Michael was selected to the 2021 Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor reserved for only 2.5% of attorneys in Georgia. He was also selected into the 2020-2021 Georgia Trial Lawyers highly competitive LEAD leadership program.

Michael was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University in 2012. Following undergraduate school, Michael earned his J.D. from the Georgia State College of Law in 2016. While in law school, Michael held clerkships at two criminal defense firms, the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office, and a well-respected plaintiff’s firm helping represent victims of tractor-trailer accidents, auto accidents, and premises liability arising out of catastrophic accidents.

Michael has been acknowledged in legal publications including: Trial Practice Manual; Trial Handbook for Georgia Lawyers; Carlson on Evidence: Comparing Georgia and Federal Rules; and the Georgia chapter of a state law compendium for a national truck accident lawyer organization. Michael has also been asked speak to at a number of speaking engagements and seminars.

Michael takes pride in making sure that his clients receive fair value for their cases and is not afraid to take a case to a jury trial when they do not. When he is not practicing law, Michael enjoys playing sports, traveling, watching movies, and supporting his Atlanta Braves and Indiana Hoosiers.
